General Conditions and Application
Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International enters into an agreement with Loyal Club
Card members as defined in the general conditions given hereby in this text and/or
the additions or changes that can be made.
a-MEMBERSHIP
Everyone who fills out the Loyal Card application form that can be obtained via
internet or from hotels will be able to obtain a Loyal Club card. The guests will
win gifts (awards) in exchange of points they earn from accommodation expenses paid
by these cards. Card owners have the means to carry out all their transactions via
the web site www.dedemanloyalclub.com, check their points an order their awards.
This site is linked with the web site www.dedeman.com.
This campaign is valid for “Dedeman Loyal Card”, “Dedeman Loyal Plus Card” and “Dedeman
Loyal Elite Card” issued by Dedeman. Dedeman has the right to make all kinds of
changes upon gifts in the scope of this program.
Loyalty program points shall not be transfered to another person or card.
Only card holders shall order gifts and sign the gift request form. There will not
be changes in regards of the gifts that is chosen after your gift request form received
by Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International.
Should a new card be requested in case of loss or destroy, previously accrued points
will be transferred to new Card's Points account. Compliments Points may not be
transferred to another Holder. If the points are not sufficient for the gifts that
ordered by the member, requests will not be valid.
Guests will earn points in return of the night spent in the Hotels and will earn
gifts in regards of the earned points. Loyal Club member can earn points on the
basis from current rates. With the implementation of this procedure, points will
be earned over the accommodation invoice total (The accommodating customer will
earn points from expenses in the hotel. No points are earned for expenses made in
facilities that are not related with the hotel.)
Cards are for private use only and it can be only used by the owner himself. Receptionist
may check the if the owner of the card is the person who is quartered at the hotel.
For every 1 USD that the card holders spend in the hotel during their accommodation
the following points will be added;
10 Points to Loyal Card,
12,5 Points to Loyal Plus Card,
15 Points to Loyal Elite Card.
(The difference in points change according to the card status, expenses made in
non-hotel facilities do not earn points.)
The person accommodating in the room will earn the point based on the total invoice
amount. In case one person pays the invoices of more than one people (company payments
etc.); the points will be awarded not only to the payer but separately to each individual
(if they have cards points may only be earned by those who have cards. Non-accommodating
guests will not earn points from expenses made in the hotel. In our foreign country
hotels the system will automatically calculate the exchange rate and the total amount
for 1 USD will be added to the card as points. The cards do not have an expiration
date.
- • Loyal Cards are cancelled if the owners do not earn new points within 24 months
after the last point earned.
- • Loyal Plus Cards are cancelled if the owners do not earn new points within 36
months after the last point earned.
- • Loyal Elite Cards are cancelled if the owners do not earn new points within 48
months after the last point earned.
The cards of members whose points are cancelled as such will still be valid. The
cards are valid until the card owner requests cancellation of membership.
• LOYAL CLUB CARD MEMBERSHIP
Anyone who fills out the Loyal Card application form will be issued a card.
Loyal Card privileges are given below:

- • Special check-in at the reception
- • Earning points over the total invoice amount (1 USD 10 Points)
- • Late check-out privilege (Based on the suitability of the hotel)
• PLUS CARD MEMBERSHIP
Dedeman Loyal Plus Club Card members gain the right to be issued a Dedeman Loyal
Club Plus Card when a total of 30.000 points in 1 calendar year are earned or when
they accommodate for 10 nights during 1 year. Plus Card privileges are given below:
- Reservation priority (Based on the suitability of the hotel)
- Special check-in at the reception
- An exclusive “Welcome Letter” written by the Hotel General Manager
- Early check-in privilege (Based on the suitability of the hotel)
- Late check-out privilege (Based on the suitability of the hotel)
- Points calculation = 12,5 points per every USD 1 spent in the Hotel ( %25 Bonus Points )
- Room upgrade subject to availability to next level
- Vip 2 set-up presentation in the rooms
- A Daily Newspaper selected by the Hotel
- Complimentary Pressing of 1 shirt or 1 blouse on the day of arrival.
- 2 Bottles of water in the room
- Chocolate Platter at Turndown
• ELITE CARD MEMBERSHIP
Dedeman Loyal Club & Loyal Plus Card members gain the right to be issued an Elite
Card when a total of 60.000 points in 1 calendar year are earned or when they accommodate
for 36 nights within the Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International system during 1
year.
Elite Card privileges are given below:
- Reservation priority (Based on the suitability of the hotel)
- Special check-in at the reception
- Room upgrade subject to availability to next level
- An exclusive “Welcome Letter” written by the Hotel General Manager
- Early check-in privilege (Based on the suitability of the hotel)
- Late check-out privilege (Based on the suitability of the hotel)
- Points calculation = 15 points per every USD 1 spent in the Hotel ( %50 Bonus Points )
- Vip 3 set-up presentation in the rooms
- A Daily Newspaper selected by the guest
- A free 2 Shirts / Blouses and a suite pressing on the day of arrival
- 2 Bottles of water in the room
- Free internet access in the room (At hotels where internet access is charged)
- Chocolate Platter Turndown service
- 2 pax cocktail treat at one of the Hotel Bars
All cards should be presented prior to the completion of the check-out process.
The points earned from the accommodation will be based on the price determined after
all discounts are made. Plus Card and Elite Card members do not need to accommodate
and/or earn points as determined by the quota of their respective cards during the
first year after they earn the right for these cards.
b-GIFTS
Dedeman Loyal Club members will not earn points from gift accommodations; however
they will earn points from additional expenses. During gift orders (for hotel and
plane), point refund will not be made for cancellations made during the last 24
hours. The order of rewards can be made earliest by “7”days after. The card members
will be contacted latest by within 72 hours after they issue their gift orders.
Changes regarding the gift catalogue will be announced at the www.dedemanloyalclub.com
website. The gifts in this catalogue are limited with stocks.
1- Accommodation Gift Points
For changes after final reservations, +90 212 280 8 444 should be called before
at 7 days. Hotel reservation is not accepted on official holidays, religious holidays,
and special events in the hotel or for New Year.
Airport-hotel transfers and all other transportation will be made by the card owner.
All non-accommodation additional expenses (room service, telephone, pay TV… etc.).
2- Restaurant and Outlet Gift Points:
The amount of additional products and services will be paid in full by the card
owner.
3-Airplane Ticket Gift Points:
You may use your points to purchase economy class international and/or domestic
flight airplane tickets from airlines predetermined by the Dedeman Hotels & Resort
International. The ticket may be used only by the person to whom it has been issued.
In case your ticket is issued 3 days prior to the date of the flight, your ticket
will be delivered to your address free of charge; otherwise you will have to get
your ticket from the airport by paying the PTA fee. If you are a member of the mile
program of any airline, you may continue to benefit from that mile program with
your gift ticket. Landing charges will be paid in full by the card member. The tickets
are issued as two-way, one way or open date tickets are not issued. The return or
change of the issued tickets may only be carried out if the rules of the ticket
allow and the price differences that may arise should be paid by the card member.
Card members should check their tickets during delivery. Delivery of the tickets
means that the service has been taken in full. This application requires that only
one airline be used to reach the final destination. International tickets are issued
as Istanbul departures.
In order to buy a ticket +90 212 280 8 444 should be called at least 15 days before
date of flight.
c-CHANGES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Dedeman reserves the right to stop or extend this campaign or to make changes in
the current conditions and gifts. In case the requested gift may not be obtained
from the manufacturer or the supplier; Dedeman may send an equivalent model or give
an option to select a new gift. Warranty conditions provided by the manufacturers
or the suppliers are valid for all gifts. Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International
“Loyalty Program” Gift Catalogue is valid until the date to be announced by Dedeman.
The requested products and services will be met based on the reservations and capacities
of the suppliers. Dedeman, under no circumstances, may not be held responsible for
all cancellations, damages, accidents and losses, force majeure or extraordinary
situations that may arise. Dedeman may not be held responsible for those who miss
the vehicle, have problems related with their passports, who have to cancel the
travel due to sickness etc. or who are detained for reasons such as violation of
law and point refund may not be demanded in case the service cannot be given due
to the stated reasons. Dedeman Loyal Club program has no affiliation with other
award or gift programs.
In case the stated services may not be carried out due to force majeure, Dedeman
is not responsible to carry out the service. Dedeman reserves the right to remove
some of the gifts from the catalogue or to replace existing gift with another. Also
Dedeman is not responsible from model, texture, feature and color changes that may
caused by the company. Quality and warranty related responsibilities regarding the
products and services listed in the Loyal Card Program Gift Catalogue belong to
the manufacturer or the importer. Please deliver your gift to ensure that no mix-up
occurs. Defected products are replaced with a new one if you return the defected
product together with its original packaging within 15 days after delivery. You
should contact the manufacturer or the supplier company for all issues covered by
the warranty conditions. For the flight tickets, Dedeman may not be held responsible
for any airline based delays, cancellations or baggage losses. Taxes, fees and charges
that may arise will be paid in full by the card member. Loyal Card applicants are
deemed to have read, understood and accepted the general conditions stated hereby.
Dedeman is the only authority that can determine the number of points earned by
Dedeman card owner and in case of a disagreement Dedeman books and records shall
be taken as basis. All disputes that may arise due to the Loyalty program application
stated hereby are subject to Turkish Republic Laws and the Istanbul (Central) Courts
and Enforcement Offices are authorized. Dedeman Hotel & Resorts International is
not responsible from card losses and card thefts. The responsible party is the card

available in our website in order to reclaim earned points.
