General Terms & Conditions
 
Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International hereby undersigns an agreement with Loyal Club Card members, the general terms and conditions of which are cited in this text, and which could be modified as described in future supplements and/or amendments.

I- MEMBERSHIP
Anyone who completes a Loyalty Card application form, available on the web site and at hotel desks, will be eligible for ownership of a Loyal Club Card.

Guests will be able to win rewards, with points they accrue on this card, against their expenses incurred during overnight stays.

Cardholders can make all transactions online at www.dedemanloyalclub.com, including checking their accumulated points and ordering their rewards. This site is interconnected with www.dedeman.com .

This campaign is valid for "Dedeman Loyal Club" card and "Dedeman Loyal Club Elite" card issued by Dedeman.

Dedeman reserves the right to modify any rewards offered through this program. Loyalty program points are not transferable to another person or card. Ordering rewards and signing a reward request form must solely be done by the Cardholder.

Once a reward is chosen and the reward request form is received by Dedeman, this choice can not be replaced.

If for any reason a new card is issued to the Cardholder under the same name, all accrued points will automatically be transferred to the new card.

If the number of points required for your reward order, exceeds the total number of points accrued in your account, then your order will not be fulfilled.

Your accrued points will be valid for three years starting from the date of the expenditure.

Points will be added to your card account within three days after the expenditure date.

In order to have your rewards delivered effectively and on time, the destination address on the reward request form should indicate a location where the Cardholder will be present between 09:00-18:00 hours during weekdays. A mail box is not acceptable as a delivery address.

Delivery of rewards to the Cardholder is contingent on an up-to-date address given to Dedeman. The request form must be completed in full, including phone numbers.

Rewards will be delivered by cargo mail and free of charge.

II- ELITE CARD MEMBERSHIP
In order to be eligible for the Dedeman Loyal Club Elite Card membership, you will be required to have accrued a minimum of 100,000 points in one calendar year. Elite Cardholders will be granted the following privileges, in addition to all the rights held by Dedeman Loyal Card owners:

. 50 percent discount on rack-rates at all Dedeman Hotels *,
. Priority in reservations,
. Convenience of late check-out where hotel accommodation conditions permit,
. Upgrading of your room,
. 15 percent discount in restaurant, bar and all food service charges (special meetings not included),
. 15 percent discount for membership and daily charges at Life Style Health & Beauty Centre**, fitness hall, swimming pool, sauna and Turkish Bath,
. 30 percent discount for Decar car rental services,
. 15 percent discount at Aquapark Dedeman Antalya, Aquapark Dedeman Bodrum, and Park Bowling Dedeman Antalya.

*These discount ratios are not valid for guests staying at special rates.

III- REWARDS
Any changes made to the reward catalogue will be announced at the website www.dedemanloyalclub.com.

1- Overnight Stay Reward Points:
Changes to be made, after a final reservation, must be declared at a minimum of three days in advance, by calling 0 800 211 44 44.

Reservations are restricted to the availability of rooms. Reservations will not be accepted during national holidays, religious holidays, special days at the hotel, and during terms such as New Year's Eve celebrations.

Costs of trips between the airport and hotel and all other transportation will be payable by the Cardholder.

All extra expenses other than overnight stays (room service, telephone, pay TV etc.) will be payable by the Cardholder.

2- Restaurant and Life Style Reward Points:
Costs of extra products and services, not included in the reward, will be payable by the Cardholder.

3- Reward Points for Flight Tickets:
Cardholders may order flight tickets with their reward points from THY (Turkish Airlines) for domestic flights, and from any airline of their choice for international flights.

The ticket is only valid for the person in whose name it is issued. Tickets issued three days in advance, will be delivered to the Cardholder's address, free of charge. Otherwise, the Cardholder will have to receive the ticket at the airport by paying the PTA charge.

If the Cardholder is a member of an airline mileage program, he/she can also make use of that mileage program on this reward ticket.

Taxes imposed on flights outside Turkey are payable by the Cardholder. Reward tickets are return tickets, and open departure or arrival dates are not available. Return of or changes on a ticket, after it has been issued, is only possible if this is allowed by the rules cited on the ticket, with additional costs paid by the Cardholder. Cardholders must examine the ticket at the time of its delivery for its conformity with the terms they have requested. Accepting delivery of a ticket will be construed as having received the service with nothing amiss. Application rules require the use of a single airline to the point of final destination. Istanbul is the city of departure, when flying to a destination outside Turkey.

Cardholders must call 0 800 211 44 44 at least 15 days in advance to order their flight tickets.

4- Decar Car Rental Reward Points:
The reward, presented against accrued points, corresponds only to the daily cost of a rental car. If a baby seat or roof rack is required, these may be provided at an extra charge. The service of a hired-driver is also available at extra charge.

Cars can be rented from any Decar office. An economy class car is a Hyundai Era, a medium class car is a Ford Focus, and a luxury class car is a Ford Mondeo or an equivalent of those models. Minimum age of Cardholder, for car rentals, is 21 for small or medium class, and 27 for luxury class cars. Cardholders must have a valid driver license, issued at least two years before the date of car rental.

In the case of an accident or theft of the car, damage-theft insurance will only be valid together with police reports of the traffic accident and theft and alcohol, and thus it has been proven that the driver was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs and that he/she did not exceed the legal speed limit.

Where the car has been seized by the government or local authorities, cost of rent for the seized period, and also, in case of an accident, the cost of rent for time spent during repairs and maintenance, will be collected from the Cardholder as separate items.

The car shall be driven solely by the Cardholder who has received the reward. Driving of the car by someone else invalidates all insurance policies. Under such circumstances, the cost of material damage to the vehicle and material and non-pecuniary damages to third persons will be under the liability of and payable by the reward recipient and/or the person driving the car at the time of the incident.

Traffic fines imposed during the validity of the reward period will be collected from the driver.

IV- CHANGES AND LIABILITIES
Dedeman reserves the right to terminate this campaign at any time or extend the period of this campaign, or else, amend the current terms and conditions or modify the rewards.

Where the reward, requested by the Cardholder, cannot be delivered by the manufacturer or supplier, Dedeman will be free to send its equivalent or offer the Cardholder the possibility of selecting a different reward. Conditions of warranty offered by the manufacturer or supplier are valid for all rewards.

Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International "Loyalty Program" Reward Catalogue will be valid until any further notice. All products and services requested are subject to availability, depending on the booking and occupancy status of the suppliers.

Dedeman will not be liable for delays, cancellations, damages, accidents, losses, force majeure and exigencies, in any service provided, and also for extra expenses and obligations that may arise in conjunction with such circumstances, regardless of the reason and results of these situations.

Dedeman will have no liability in case a person misses a scheduled vehicle, has problems with his/her passport, short-cuts the trip early for any reason like illness etc., or is held in custody for an infringement of law. Recovery of reward points, lost due to the circumstances cited above, can not be claimed from Dedeman.

Dedeman Loyal Club program is not in any way associated with other prize and gift programs.

Dedeman will not be liable for nonperformance of the above cited services due to emergence of force majeure events.

Dedeman reserves the right to remove some rewards from the catalogue or exchange an existing reward with another. In addition, Dedeman is not liable for any change of model, design, feature or color of items, implemented by suppliers.

Liability on the quality and scope of warranty of products and services displayed in the other rewards section of the Loyalty Program Reward Catalogue are to be owned by the manufacturer or importer companies. In order to avoid any confusion, the Cardholder should inspect the reward before accepting its delivery. Where a product proves to be damaged or defective, it will be changed with a new item of the Cardholder's choice, if returned in its original packaging within 15 work days of its delivery. Application for complaints on products within the scope of their warranty must be filed with the manufacturer or supplier by presenting the warranty certificate found inside the packaging.

Dedeman will not be responsible from ant inconvenience occurred from delays and/or cancellations of flights and any lost or damaged baggage.

Delays in and cancellations of flights and loss of baggage items originating from airlines are outside the liability of Dedeman.

Taxes, funds and duties that may be imposed by relevant authorities will be payable by the Cardholder.

Persons having completed a Loyal Card application form are considered to have read, understood and accepted the conditions cited in this general terms and conditions text.

Dedeman has the exclusive authority in determining the number of points won by a Cardholder, whereby in case of a dispute, Dedeman's books and records will be used as evidence.

Disputes arising from the implementation of this Loyalty program will be subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey, where Istanbul (Central) Courts and Executive Offices will have the jurisdiction.
