General Conditions and Application

  

Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International and Loyal Club card members must abide by the current General Terms and Conditions and any later additions or changes deemed necessary by Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International.

  

a- MEMBERSHIP

  

Application and membership is by Loyal card application form via hotels or on the internet. Each applicant will receive a membership card. 

Guest members will earn points and gifts (prizes) against their spending on hotel accommodation which will be collected against their Loyal Club Card.

Guest members will be able to monitor their account status online and complete points transactions on the website.

  

This campaign is valid for “Dedeman Loyal Card”, “Dedeman Loyal Plus Card” and “Dedeman Loyal Elite Card” which are all controlled and administered  by Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International.

  

Dedeman reserve the right to make any changes in the choice or brand of gifts within the context of this program. The points can only be earned by the total spendings made in the enterprises managed by the Dedeman Hotels & Resorts, enterprises that are not managed Dedeman Hotels & Resorts not make you earn points. Loyalty programme points cannot be transferred to another person or card. Only card holders can order gifts and sign the gift request form.    

  

If the card is lost or destroyed and a new card is issued, the card holder’s points will automatically be transferred. 

  

Points earned remain valid for the length of membership and are added to the account total approximately 7 days after the spend during which they were earned.

From the Dedeman Loyal Club world a new tier of privileges with the Dedeman Loyal Club Plus Card which is yours if you collect 60.000 points in one year, or by using Dedeman Hotels for 16 nights accommodation. This card offers all the advantages of Dedeman Loyal Club but additionally you will earn 12.5 points for every 1 YTL spent 

** DEDEMAN LOYAL CLUB ELITE CARD MEMBERSHIP

  

The maximum advantages of Dedeman Loyal Club are available with the Dedeman Loyal Club Elite Card. This is yours if you collect 100.000 points in one year or by using Dedeman Hotels for 24 nights accommodation. This card offers all the advantages of Dedeman Loyal Club Plus Card but additionally you will earn 15 points for every 1 YTL spent, Room upgrades are also given to the next level according to availability.

  

Cards have no expiry dates.

  

•Existing points of Loyal Card owners are cancelled if they do not earn any new points within 24 months from the date of earning the last point.

•Existing points of Loyal Plus Card owners are cancelled if they do not earn any new points within 36 months from the date of earning the last point.

•Existing points of Loyal  Elite Card owners are cancelled if they do not earn any new points within 48 months from the date of earning the last point.

  

b-GIFTS

  

Once the gift has been selected and the request form received by Dedeman, the choice cannot be altered and no changes are accepted.If the points for the gift requested exceed those in the member account then the gift request will be rejected.Mobile phone rewards in this catalogue contains only the device, GSM service provider is not included.Delivery of the gift promptly and in good condition relies on the provision of a weekday address given clearly and correctly, including telephone information.Free shipping on gift orders delivered with in Turkey by standard delivery to your home or office adress. Standard shipping, mailing and custom charges will be applied to loyal club card holders for all deliveries to outside of Turkey. Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International assumes no responsibility for the custom problems for deliveries to outside of Turkey.Any changes to the gift catalogue will be announced on the website.The gifts in this catalogue are limited by stocks.  

  

1-Accommodation Gift Points

  

Any changes which occur after final reservation should be inform by calling +90 (212) 280 8 444, 3 days before arrival date.

 

Accommodation gift privileges are limited insofar as they will not be accepted for holiday periods such as official holidays, national or religious holidays, special promotion days in the hotels or for New Year.

 

Airport to hotel transfers and the communications for those are the responsibility of the card holder. 

  

All other additional charges outside the cost of accommodation (room service, telephone, pay TV… etc.) will be paid for by the card member.

  

2- Restaurant and Outlet Gift Points:

  

Additional products and service, charges outside the cost of the gift will be paid for by the card member.

  

3- Flight Tickets Gift Points:

  

Flights can be made using THY inside Turkey and with any preferred airlines outside Turkey.

  

Flight tickets can only be used by the person whose name appears on the ticket. If your ticket has been issued up to 3 working days prior to the flight it will be delivered to your address free of charge, otherwise the cost of PTA collection at the airport must be met by the card member.

  

Gift tickets are acceptable to airline mileage programmes should the card member belong to one.

  

Outside Turkey all airport taxes are the responsibility of the card member. Tickets are for return trips only and single far tickets with open dates will not be given. After your ticket has been issued, returns or changes can only be made if  ticket regulations allow. Any administration charges for changes to the flight booking must be met by the card member. All details of the ticket are the responsibility of the card member who must check them carefully on delivery.

Acceptance of the ticket by the card member then absolves Dedeman from any responsibility in the detail. Flight tickets can only be booked with a single airline for final destination. International tickets are based from Istanbul.

  

To make bookings, +90 (212) 280 8 444 must be called 15 days prior to flight date.

  

       

  

c-MODIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  

Dedeman reserves the right to cease, extend or modify the conditions of the Loyal Club campaign or to make changes to the choice of gifts without explanation.

  

In the  case of a requested gift not being supplied by the producer or supplier, Dedeman can send an equivalent or provide a new gift selection choice against the points total for the request.

  

Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International “Loyalty Programme” Gift Catalogue is valid until notification or cessation by Dedeman. All requested products and services are subject to reservation and occupation status of hotels.

  

Dedeman cannot be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, damages, accidents or losses in relation to provision of gift services. Any emergencies or damages arising during the period of the gift are not the responsibility of Dedeman and any  costs arising outside the points gift are directly the responsibility of the card member.

  

Dedeman cannot be held responsible for any missed flights, lost or missing passports, delays or abandonment of the journey through illness or misadventure. Should any service not be given because of any of the above reasons, then no request can be made for refund of points.

  

Dedeman cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellation of flights caused by the airlines or for loss of baggage or personal belongings.

All airport taxes, funds and fees will be paid by the card holder.

  

Dedeman Loyal Club programme has no connection with the other prize or gift programmes.

  

In the case of force majeures Dedeman is not responsible for failure to provide a service.

  

Dedeman reserves the right to remove gift choices from the catalogue or to replace an existing gift with an equivalent. Furthermore, the model, design, feature or colour changes implemented by suppliers are not the responsibility of Dedeman.

  

Responsibility for the quality and guarantee coverage of all products and services which form the “other gifts part” of the Loyal Card Programme Gift Catalogue belong to the producer or supplier of the said gifts. Gifts must be checked carefully on delivery. In the case of any  faulty or defective gift, it must be returned with the original packaging within 15 days for replacement. For any complaints about the product under terms of guarantee applications should be made to the producer or supplier company within the terms of their guarantee certification.

  

All persons who have filled in the Dedeman Loyal Club application form will be deemed as having read, understood and accepted all the General Conditions and Application Terms.

  

Dedeman is the only authority who can determine how many points the card owner has  earned and in the case of any dispute reference will be made to Dedeman records only.

  

Any disputes or conflicts arising in connection with the application  of Loyalty Programme will be subjected to the laws of the Turkish Republic, Istanbul (centre) Courts and Execution Offices.

  

It is recommended that card owners take note of catalogue details and their account details to evaluate their earned and spent points.

Lost or stolen cards cannot be the responsibility of Dedeman but remain the responsibility of the club member.
